New projects launching has grown this year. Last year we sensed a 'wait and see' approach within the market from COVID19. But 2021 has seen client confidence rise. With Monaco’s safe-haven credentials and more expats choosing Monaco as a base, the future looks very optimistic.

The construction industry in Monaco employs roughly 5,000 professionals. One of the most highly anticipated new developments in Monaco is the Principality's second land extension. Currently underway and due to complete in 2025, Mareterra is a €2 billion project. When complete, this new district of Monaco will include the latest in high end apartments and villas, a marina, landscaped park and shaded walkway running the length of the Japanese Garden.
