Project Quantity Surveyor (Civil ) -1 Post ( Female)
Project: 4-Story Office Building
Site Location: Bahan Township (Near the Embassy of the Republic of Korea)
Salary: 800,000 – 900,000 MMK
Working Hours: Alternate Saturdays / Full Sundays / Public Holidays off
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct precise and detailed Quantity Take-Offs.
•Diligent tracking and management of Variation Orders (VO).
•Work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
•Act as a key liaison, coordinating and communicating effectively with the Project Operation team.
Requirements:
•Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying.
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage project changes efficiently.
