ရိုးရိုးရှင်းရှင်းကြိုက်တတ်သော Client အတွက် Minimal Design Style နှင့်အိမ်လေးကို ဖန်တီးပေးဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဆောက်အဦးတည်ဆောက်မဲ့ မြေနေရာ အနေအထားကို သေချာလေ့လာပြီး သဘာဝအလင်းရောင်လဲရ၊ လေဝင်လေထွက်လဲ ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ရရှိစေနိုင်ဖို့ အခန်းတွေကို ဆောင်တာပြေလည်အောင် နေရာချထားပါတယ်။ ဧည့်ခန်းတစ်ခန်း၊ ဘုရားခန်းတစ်ခန်း၊ Master Bedroom တစ်ခန်း၊ အိပ်ခန်း ၂ ခန်း၊ ထမင်းစားခန်း နဲ့ မီးဖိုခန်းတို့ ပါရှိပါတယ်။ အပူဒဏ်ကို အတော်အသင့် ကာကွယ်စေနိုင်တဲ့အပြင်၊ ရိုးရိုးရှင်းရှင်းလေးနဲ့

ယခု project တွင် အခန်းဖွဲ့စည်းပုံနှင့် Clients ဖြစ်လိုတဲ့ နေထိုင်မှုပုံစံအရ Elegant ဖြစ်ဖြစ်နှင့် Luxury ဆန်ပြီး Cozy Mood မျိုးလဲ ခံစားနိုင်မည့် interior Design Style တစ်ခုကို ထုတ်ဖော်ပြသထားပါတယ်။ Double Volume ဖြစ်နေတဲ့ ဧည့်ခန်းမှာအထက်တန်းကျပြီး ခမ်းနားကြီးကျယ်တဲ့ အသွင်မျိုးရရှိဖို့ Expensive Look ဖြစ်နေတဲ့ ကျွန်းပရိဘောဂတွေ၊ ခန်းစီးရှည်ကြီးတွေ၊ Grand ဖြစ်စေမည့် Chandeliers တွေ၊ Timeless ဖြစ်တဲ့ Classic အငွေ့အသက်လဲ ရစေဖို့ Wall panels တွေ၊ ကျယ်ဝန်းတဲ့ ခံစားမှုမျိုးပေးနိုင်ဖို့ရာ အခန်းတစ်ခုလုံးအတွက် မျက်စိမစူးစေဘဲ တည်ငြိမ်တဲ့ အဖြူရောင်ကို နံရံ၊ မျက်နှာကျက်နှင့်

Location - 37 street , Between 73 and 74 street , Mandalay , Myanmar.

Budget နဲ့ Timeline ကို တတ်နိုင်သမျှ ချိန်ညှိပြီး
အချို့သော ရှိရင်းစွဲအတိုင်း မပြောင်းလဲချင်တဲ့ site အနေအထား ၊ မပြောင်းလဲချင်တဲ့ Materials တွေနဲ့ ကိုက်ညီကာ လိုက်ဖက်နိုင်တဲ့ Timeless Look Design မျိုးဖြစ်အောင် ယခု Project ကို ချဉ်းကပ်ထားပါတယ်။ အမျိုးသမီးဝတ် အသုံးအဆောင် Items အမျိုးမျိုး ရောင်းချမဲ့ဆိုင်ဖြစ်တာကြောင့် 450 sqft ရှိတဲ့ အကျယ်အဝန်းမှာ ခင်းကျင်းပြသမည့် ပစ္စည်းများအပေါ်မူတည်ကာ Zone လေးတွေခွဲပြီး Space Planning ကို သေချာလေး စဉ်းစားပေးထားပါတယ်။ ဆိုင်လာသူ အမျိုးသမီးတွေအတွက် ရွေးချယ်စရာ များများစားစား ခင်းကျင်း ပြသချင်တာကြောင့် အဝတ်ချိတ်မည့်စင်တွေကို ခပ်များများ ချိတ်လို့ရနိုင်မဲ့ စင်တွေ ထည့်သွင်းပြီး လိုချင်တဲ့ Luxury Mood လေးရအောင် စင်တွေရဲ့Frame တန်းလေးတွေကို ရွှေရောင်လေး အသုံးပြုထားပါတယ်။ အမြင်အာရုံမှာ သပ်ရပ်သန့်ရှင်းနေစေရန် Ambient Lightကို အဖြူရောင် အဓိကထား ဖန်တီးထားပါတယ်။ မီးရောင်အောက်မှာ အသုံးအဆောင်ပစ္စည်းတွေကို တောက်ပြောင်လှပနေအောင် မျက်နှာကျက်မှ Spot Light တွေနဲ့ Task Lighting ပေးထားပါတယ်။ Accent Light အဖြစ် အဝါရောင် မီးတန်းလေးတွေနဲ့ တချို့သော အသုံးအဆာင်ပစ္စည်းလေးတွေကို ထင်းထင်းလင်းလင်းရှိစေရာလဲရောက်၊အမြင်ပသာဒအရလဲ စိတ်ဝင်စားစရာ ဖြစ်အောင် Decoration လုပ်ထားပါတယ်။

ပိုပြီး မြင်မြင်သာသာ ရှိစေနိုင်ဖို့၊
အခန်းကို ပိုမိုကျယ်ဝန်းသွားစေသယောင် ခံစားရစေဖို့
သပ်ရပ်သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့အဖြူရောင်ကို အဓိကအရောင်အဖြစ် အသုံးပြုထားပါတယ်။
စိတ်ဝင်စားစရာကောင်းတဲ့ နေရာလေးတစ်ခုဖြစ်အောင် ပံ့ပိုးပေးနိုင်ရန် အဖြူရဲ့ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက် ခဲနက်ကို ဒုတိယအရောင်အဖြစ် အသုံးပြုထားပါတယ်။

အမျိုးသမီးစီးဒေါက်မြင့်ဖိနပ်တွေကို အဓိကထားရောင်းမှာဖြစ်လို့ အမျိုးသမီးတွေကို ကိုယ်စားပြုတဲ့အနေနှင့် ပန်းချီကားလေးရယ်၊ Curved Mirror လေးရယ်၊ တခြားသော Decorative ပစ္စည်းလေးတွေရယ်နှင့် Feminine ဆန်တဲ့ အငွေ့အသက်လေးကို ပါးပါးလျလျလေး ထည့်သွင်းထားပါတယ်။
