Decoholic team အနေနဲ့ Sontum Thai Restaurant အတွက် Design ကို စပြီး စဉ်းစားတည်းက "အရသာနဲ့ အနုပညာ" ကို တစ်နေရာတည်းမှာ ပေါင်းစပ်ဖို့ အဓိက ရည်ရွယ်ထားခဲ့တာဗျ
Brand Identity ကို ဖော်ပြတဲ့နေရာမှာလဲ Color Theme က အရေးပါတဲ့အခန်းကဏ္ဍက ပါဝင်တာမို့
ရဲရင့်ပြီးလူငယ်ဆန်တဲ့ Spicy Red & Deep Green Color ကိုမှ တည်ငြိမ်အေးချမ်းတဲ့ White Color ပေါင်းစပ်လိုက်တဲ့အခါမှာ Minimalist & Unique ဖြစ်တဲ့ Branding Color Theme ကို ရရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်

When a young client approached us with a clear vision—"I want a Minimalist & Unique Design that uses the Vibrant Colors typically found in Thai Street Food"—we knew we had a challenge. By combining their fresh perspective with Decoholic's design expertise, we were able to create a restaurant design that feels like a delicious experience for your eyes alone.
From the very first sketch for Sontum Thai Restaurant, the Decoholic team aimed to integrate "Taste and Art" into one seamless space.
The Color Theme plays a crucial role in expressing the Brand Identity. We paired the bold, youthful energy of Spicy Red & Deep Green with the serene calm of White. The result is a Minimalist & Unique Branding Color Theme that perfectly captures the restaurant's sophisticated yet energetic spirit.

5 TYPES OF CEILING DESIGN & WHEN TO USE THEM

Interior Design လောကမှာ Ceiling (မျက်နှာကျက်) ကို “The Fifth Wall” လို့ ခေါ်ဆိုကြပါတယ်။ အခန်းတစ်ခုရဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နဲ့ ခံစားချက် (Mood) ကို ပြောင်းလဲပေးနိုင်တဲ့ အဓိကသော့ချက်တစ်ခုလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

သင့်ရဲ့ အိမ်မက်အိမ်လေးမှာ ဘယ်လို Ceiling အမျိုးအစားတွေ သုံးသင့်လဲဆိုတာ Decoholic Design and Construction ကနေ ရှင်းပြပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။

• Best For: Luxury ဆန်ချင်တဲ့ Bedroom တွေနဲ့ Living Room တွေမှာ သုံးသင့်ပါတယ်။

3️⃣ Tray Ceiling (ခန့်ညားထည်ဝါမှု)
• Vibe: အလယ်ကို တစ်ဆင့်မြှင့်ထားလို့ အခန်းကို ပိုကျယ်သယောင် ထင်ရစေပြီး ခန့်ညားတဲ့ အမြင်ကို ပေးပါတယ်။

Blank space တစ်ခုကနေ comfortable and functional home တစ်ခုဖြစ်လာဖို့ process အစက existing photo ဖြစ်ပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။

ဒီ project မှာတော့ City Loft မှာရှိတဲ့ 3 Bedrooms Residence project ရဲ့ existing site condition ကို share ပေးထားပါတယ်။
Space layout, natural lighting, room proportion နဲ့ daily living flow တွေကိုသေချာသုံးသပ်ပြီး client အတွက် practical ဖြစ်ပြီး aesthetic လည်းကောင်းတဲ့ living environment တစ်ခုအဖြစ် transform လုပ်သွားမှာပါဗျ။

Before transformation stage ကို share ပေးထားတာဖြစ်ပြီး next step design development and progress updates တွေလည်း ဆက်လက်မျှဝေပေးသွားပါမယ်ခင်ဗျာ။

Good design ဆိုတာ look ကောင်းရုံတင်မဟုတ်ဘဲ how well the space works ဆိုတာလည်း equally important ဖြစ်ပါတယ်ဗျ။

Dent -T dental clinic project မှာဆိုရင် functionality, cleanliness, detail control, and clean finishing တွေကို balance ဖြစ်အောင် Decoholic team က closely manage လုပ်နေပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။

Design တစ်ခုက လှဖို့တစ်ခုတည်း မဖြစ်သင့်ပါဘူးဗျ site ex*****on, detail control, material protection, finishing alignment အားလုံးက equally important ဖြစ်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။

Decoholic အနေနဲ့ project တစ်ခုချင်းစီတိုင်း မှာ design intent မပျောက်ဘဲ actual site မှာ clean & precise output ရအောင် closely supervise လုပ်နေပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ

Space limitation ရှိပေမယ့် circulation, storage, lighting, and patient experience ကို balance ဖြစ်အောင် design ဖန်တီးထားပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။

🌿 Wellness-First Interior Design ဆိုတာ “ပန်းပင်တင်တာ” ထက် အများကြီး ပိုပါတယ်

လူတော်တော်များများက Wellness Interior လို့ ပြောလိုက်ရင် အခန်းထဲ ပန်းအိုးလေးတွေ ထည့်တာ၊ အလင်းရောင် ရအောင် လုပ်တာလောက်ပဲ ပြေးမြင်တတ်ကြပါတယ်။
တကယ်တော့ Wellness-First Interior ဆိုတာ အလှအပထက် “နေရထိုင်ရတာ ဘယ်လောက် ဇိမ်ရှိသလဲ” ဆိုတဲ့ ခံစားချက် (User Experience) ကို ဦးစားပေးပြီး စနစ်တကျ ပုံစံချတာပါ။ အိမ်ပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ ရုံးပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ ဆိုင်ပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ်... နေရာတစ်ခုမှာ ကြာကြာနေတဲ့အခါ မျက်စိမပင်ပန်းဘဲ၊ စိတ်ကြည်လင်ပြီး Focus ကောင်းနေဖို့က အဓိက မဟုတ်လား?

Wellness Design တစ်ခုမှာ မဖြစ်မနေ ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားရမယ့် Core အချက် (၆) ချက် ကို မျှဝေပေးချင်ပါတယ်။

💨 ၁။ Air Quality (လေဝင်လေထွက်နှင့် အနံ့အသက်)
ဘယ်လောက်ပဲ လှပတဲ့ အခန်းဖြစ်ပါစေ၊ လေထုက မသန့်ရှင်းရင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် အနံ့အသက်တွေ အောင်းနေရင် နေရတာ မပျော်ပါဘူး။ Kitchen, Toilet နဲ့ AC Flow တွေကို စနစ်တကျ တွက်ချက်ထားမှ လေဝင်လေထွက် ကောင်းမွန်မှာပါ။

💡 ၂။ Lighting (အလင်းရောင် စနစ်)
အလင်းရောင် များတာထက် "မှန်ကန်ဖို့" လိုပါတယ်။ မျက်စိစူးတာ (Glare) မဖြစ်စေဘဲ အလုပ်လုပ်ချိန်၊ အနားယူချိန် နဲ့ ညနေခင်း Mood အလိုက် ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်တဲ့ Lighting Scene တွေက စိတ်ဖိစီးမှုကို လျော့ကျစေပါတယ်။

🔇 ၃။ Acoustic (အသံထိန်းချုပ်မှု)
Office တွေ၊ Condo တွေမှာ မသိမသာ စိတ်အနှောင့်အယှက် ဖြစ်စေတာက အသံပြန်ဟပ်တာ (Echo) ပါပဲ။ Curtain, Carpet နဲ့ Acoustic Panels တွေ သုံးပြီး Noise ကို လျှော့ချလိုက်တဲ့အခါ စိတ်ခံစားချက်က ချက်ချင်း ငြိမ်သက်သွားတာကို သတိထားမိပါလိမ့်မယ်။

🧱 ၄။ Healthy Materials (ပစ္စည်းရွေးချယ်မှု)
အနံ့ပြင်းတဲ့ ဆေးတွေ၊ ကော်တွေ (Low-VOC) ကို ရှောင်ပြီး ကျန်းမာရေးနဲ့ ညီညွတ်တဲ့ Spec တွေကို ရွေးချယ်ပေးတာက ရေရှည်မှာ အသက်ရှူလမ်းကြောင်းအတွက် စိတ်အေးရပါတယ်။

🍃 ၅။ Biophilic Design (သဘာဝနဲ့ ထိတွေ့မှု)
ဒါက ပန်းပင်တင်တာ တစ်ခုတည်း မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ သဘာဝ အလင်းရောင်၊ အထိအတွေ့ (Texture) နဲ့ အရောင်တွေ ပေါင်းစပ်ပြီး ကိုယ်စိတ်နှစ်ပါး အေးချမ်းသွားစေမယ့် Space Feel ကို ဖန်တီးပေးတာပါ။

🛋️ ၆။ Ergonomics & Comfort (သက်သောင့်သက်သာရှိမှု)
စားပွဲ၊ ကုလားထိုင် အမြင့်တွေကအစ ကိုယ့်ခန္ဓာကိုယ်နဲ့ ကိုက်ညီနေရပါမယ်။ AC Airflow ကလည်း တစ်နေရာထဲကို တိုးမနေဘဲ တစ်ခန်းလုံး မျှတတဲ့ အပူချိန် ရှိနေဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

❓ "Wellness-First လုပ်ရင် ကုန်ကျစရိတ် ပိုများသွားမလား?"
အဖြေကတော့ "မလိုအပ်ဘဲ မကုန်စေပါဘူး"။
