Job Title: Interior Designer/Architect
▪️Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
- Create detailed interior and architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using CAD software.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of spaces.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design plans are implemented accurately and within schedule.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress, address any issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
▪️Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, lighting design, and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration with team members.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in interior design or architecture, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
