Light Design Solutions (LDS) is a Company based in the heart of the Maltese Islands, with the primary objective to provide a specialist lighting design service that enhances space. For LDS, light is central because it enriches the character and qualities of designated area; whether it is a house, a working environment, outdoor space or entertainment area. The Company’s motto is to help its clients achieve just this. Every interior or exterior project presents a new challenge for LDS; even when the approach can be similar and the final results entail the same requirements. The art of lighting design entails innovation and creativity since every project is unique. The Company’s mission lies in its strength to find innovative and cost effective solutions for the lighting plans and designs, project management and supervising installation of energy efficient products and systems that she is commissioned to execute. This in turn translates into the making the space as fully perfect, functional and sustainable as allowed by the accepted environmental constraints. The ultimate aim of LDS is the optimization of space and making it fully functional. A key issue is to address the interaction between human needs and desires, architecture and aesthetics, economics and budget
constraints. We strive to create a harmonious balance between such features by adhering to practicality and innovation, rationality and image, consensus and originality. At LDS we continuously work in collaboration with our partners around the globe to offer good quality products that are in line with the latest lighting technologies that are constantly revolutionising the world of light. Over the past years, LDS has been entrusted with important projects around the Maltese Islands and even overseas.
