X,Y,Z Architecture & Design Google defines (x,y,z) as a cocktail consisting of lemon juice, triple sec and rum.... refreshing!

But it hasn't got anything to do with our firm, except for the 'refreshing' part. Besides that, Wikipedia defines well the Cartesian coordinate system (x,y,z); which was our point of departure (and is our everyday virtual & physical reality). We're a team of 3;
3 architects: 2 Daniels and a Janice; each focused on a particular aspect of each project.

Established in 2013 in Malta by its 3 partners Daniel Micallef, Janice Fiorentino & Daniel Camilleri, (x,y,z) is an architectural & design firm offering the services related with architectural & spatial design. We take care of your project from its inception to its completion (including project management). That comprises concept development, planning permits and detailed structural design, together with cutting-edge design for interiors, including lighting and custom designed furniture. PS: back to the Google definition... rest assured we can offer a drink though if you pop-by!

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
* Handle invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
* Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable
* Support monthly and yearly closing processes
* Ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations

Requirements

* Proven experience in finance/accounting roles is an asset
* Strong proficiency in Xero accounting software
* Good knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
