Art remains at the heart of the project. In collaboration with Imperfetto Lab, DAAA Haus has integrated three exclusive sculptural installations - two black monolithic pieces and a striking rust-red centrepiece - designed specifically for Taipei.

Functioning simultaneously as sculpture, seating and display, these bespoke works become permanent landmarks within the store, reinforcing the inseparable relationship between fashion and contemporary art. "Our ambition was never to copy Milan," says Keith Pillow, Founder and Creative Director of DAAA Haus. "It was to distil its essence into a timeless architectural language that can travel the world while embracing the identity of each new city."

The Taipei flagship represents a significant milestone in the evolution of 10 Corso Como - a destination where architecture, fashion, art and culture merge into a single immersive experience, and where the iconic spirit of Milan finds a new expression in Asia.

Inspired by Asian spatial philosophy, flowing organic walls replace rigid boundaries, guiding visitors naturally through the boutique while encouraging the effortless circulation of Sheng Chi. The result is a retail experience that feels intuitive, welcoming and continuously unfolding.

More than thirty-five years after redefining the concept store in Milan, 10 Corso Como continues its international evolution with the opening of its new flagship in Taipei. Designed by DAAA Haus, the project captures the raw industrial elegance and cultural DNA of the Milan original while establishing a contemporary architectural language that can be adapted across future global destinations.

Rather than recreate Milan, the design interprets its spirit through an honest palette of concrete, polished resin, brushed stainless steel and plexiglass, creating a calm architectural backdrop where fashion, art and culture become the true protagonists.

Kapricci, located in St Georges Mall, features a contemporary and welcoming interior with a clean, modern aesthetic. The space is defined by a strong blue colour palette, with the ceiling painted in a deep blue that creates a bold contrast against the lighter flooring and display areas. The blue ceiling also provides a distinctive visual identity and gives the interior a cohesive and vibrant character.

An interior design by DAAA Haus for the new 10 Corso Como store in Taipei.

The space is adorned by three site-specific installations of Imperfettolab: two monolithic black sculptures, reminiscent of large stones, and an even more robust reddish-brown equivalent, that resonate with both the architecture and flow of shoppers. Some of the stones also serve as seating or displays, an intentional interplay of form and function.

A store that blends high-end retail with art, design and a rotation of in-store cultural events, with a curated selection of almost 50 international brands.

At Casa Binova the open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas flow seamlessly into one another, maintaining a sense of openness while each space retains its own identity through considered finishes, bespoke joinery and statement lighting. Darker elements are thoughtfully contrasted with soft neutral upholstery and light surfaces, creating an interior that feels sophisticated yet calm and comfortable.

A contemporary maisonette nestled in the heart of Għargħur, Casa Binova was designed by DAAA Haus as a refined and welcoming home where natural light, materiality and atmosphere work in harmony.

Daylight enters through the front of the residence, filtering gently through sheer curtains and casting soft, ever-changing shadows that shape the mood throughout the day. A carefully balanced palette of warm earthy tones, textured fabrics, stone finishes and rich dark wood finishes brings depth and character to the interior, while sculptural furniture and clean architectural lines create a distinctly contemporary expression.

Where the rock meets the sea.

KORA, our project on the northern coast of Malta, is now featured in Interni Magazine.

Hand-worked terracotta. Natural stone. Sun-bleached wood. Burnished metal. Materials chosen not for their appearance, but for how they age — absorbing salt, wind and light until the architecture becomes part of the landscape.

Luxury, here, is not decoration. It is proportion. Silence. The view that becomes the room.
