We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join the MMH team.

In this role, you'll be the front-line point of contact for clients, internal departments, and subcontractors — coordinating projects from initial brief through to handover. Day to day, you'll be preparing estimates and quotations, managing budgets and schedules, carrying out site visits, and keeping all stakeholders informed at every stage.

The role calls for:

- A degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
- Previous experience in a similar coordination role
- Knowledge of the marine, yachting, or oil & gas industries (a strong advantage)
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Three upcoming CompEx courses at MMH Academy — book your place now.

EX14 – 30 June: The Responsible Person qualification for those in supervisory, managerial, or duty holder roles who oversee staff, processes, and procedures involving electrical and mechanical equipment in hazardous areas. Aimed at professionals in management, engineering, compliance, and design oversight.

EX11 – 29 July: Designed for mechanical operatives working in environments where gases, vapours, or dusts can form explosive atmospheres. Covers installation, inspection, and maintenance of non-electrical Ex mechanical equipment in line with IEC and ISO standards. Ideal for mechanical engineers, multi-skilled tradespeople, and electro-mechanical engineers.

EX01-04 – 31 August: A comprehensive qualification covering the installation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical equipment in hazardous areas where gases and vapours are present. Topics span area classification, protection concepts, equipment selection, cabling, glands, and inspection practices.
