Job Specification – General Lighting and Sales Assistant

Glow is a leading lighting supply and design company. Glow offers professional architectural lighting,
consultation and installation services for lighting projects of every size. We offer uniquely tailored
and fully customisable lighting solutions, services, and products.

Role:
● Assisting the sales team in creating quotations.
● Assisting in meetings with clients in our studio and occasionally on-site.
● Helping to deliver projects which have been confirmed.
● Handling sales of one-off items to walk-ins and on social media.
● Helping generally with the daily management of the company.
● Assisting with marketing or other ad hoc office duties.

What we’re Looking For:

● A student or graduate of a BCom degree or other qualification or having other qualifications
such as Diplomas
● Being a recently graduated MCAST graduate
● Being proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications is essential
● Any experience in Adobe software, AutoCAD or other design software would be useful, not
essential.
● Having experience or training in sales
● Happy working as part of a team
● Being able to multitask in an organised manner
● Most importantly is having a good work ethic and being ready to learn

Glow is ready to offer favourable wages to the right candidate. This will be assessed on an individual basis
basis, and a commission structure will eventually be put into place.
