Due to unexpected electricity outages, some of our machinery experienced technical issues, which unfortunately resulted in delays to certain works.

As the machinery was already stopped, we took the opportunity to carry out our yearly maintenance and servicing, ensuring that everything is properly checked and maintained to the highest standards before returning to full operation.

We also experienced temporary shutdowns from some third-party suppliers, which contributed further to the delays.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Those who have worked with us in the past know that we always strive to keep our lead times as short as possible, while delivering the best possible product and service.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued trust in Quality Stone.
