Palazzo Residence Reclaimed - Kitchen & Terraces 🌊🌿✨

On the fourth floor, the palazzo opens into a newly levelled kitchen–dining space that now connects seamlessly to the TV lounge, bar and the two terraces beyond. The intervention reinstated the elegance of the original apertures: new arched doors were crafted to match the historic profiles, finished in the palazzo’s signature dusty sage tone. A warm White Dove palette gives a clean look to the ceiling beams, and stone and travertine run continuously indoors and out.

Custom joinery by Trends ltd, light oak pieces by Potocco and Vincent Sheppard, and soft textures by LIMITED EDITION and Elitis create an airy, understated mood. Outdoors, Royal Botania and more Vincent Sheppard collections create calm lounging and dining spaces, framed by lush planting and the sweeping views of the Grand Harbour.

An easy, sunlit counterpart to the palazzo’s formal sala nobile — open, relaxed and quietly uplifting.

Palazzo Residence Reclaimed - Kitchen & Terraces 🌊🌿✨

On the fourth floor, the palazzo opens into a newly levelled kitchen–dining space that now connects seamlessly to the TV lounge, bar and the two terraces beyond. A Palazzo Residence Reclaimed ✨🐚🌖

This sala nobile is part of a rare transformation: a hotel reclaimed as a private residence. We restored the room’s historic bones — the inlaid parquet, two-storey library, stone ceiling and staircase — while introducing new apertures, a custom fireplace and a refined tonal palette to bring clarity and calm.

The interior is layered with contemporary furniture from .livinginteriors and , sculptural lighting from and , and soft furnishings by and . Bright artworks by and furnish the room with a local contemporary narrative.

The result is a room that feels renewed, balanced and quietly grand.
