If there's one 'bon baz' minn bwi that's always consistent and delicious, it's Votre Petit Cuisinier "Atelier de cuisine 6.8" in Fond du Sac. They sure know how to elevate minn bwi😍 And the team is always welcoming. We've been going there for nearly a year now.

My favourite is the crevette sauce Thai but if that's not always on the menu.

We usually order the mwano🐦‍⬛ portions (small) but if you're starving, maybe you'd prefer the vorass portion.

In the first photo, he ordered the agneau while I got the crevette sauce Thai.Topped with their signature bouillon. There's an option to choose the bouillon crabe but we opted for the regular. And if the satini pomme d'amour is available, we always add it.

In the second photo, (that was a few weeks ago) we both got the chicken black beans which was delicious.

The only reason I hesitated (for a whole week) to post this was because the photo didn't do justice to this dish. But I had to talk about pasta! 🤩

This linguini poulet forestière from Chez panpiz pizza grand baie was absolute perfection. I was impressed. Creamy, flavorful and generous with the ingredients. Even though l was starving (did a hike in the afternoon), I couldn't finish it. I was too full for dessert 😶

And the owners were really nice and welcoming. You can feel that they put a lot of love in their food.

Next time I'm trying the Matsaman de poulet and will leave room for dessert 🍨

We had a quite a feast at Sangam Taj in Plaisance Mall 😍

Since we were fasting, we chose vegetarian dishes:

We had:
• Mushroom masala
• Palak paneer
• Lachhedar Paratha
• Stuffed Paratha

Generous portions, not too spicy (like we wanted) and rich in flavour😍

We'll definitely head back soon!

We always go for the cheesecake and coffee but there's much more Café like these flavorful Aloo Tikki, especially if you crave a savory treat.
