My Trust the Process team have been hard at work with upcoming remodels🔨 we love transforming existing spaces and bringing out the original architecture into the new design. A couple of weeks ago, I had the opportunity to speak at the State of the Market event hosted by So much of what we do is seen in the finished project, but many people don’t know the level of technology and technicality that is required of us to achieve a successful finished project. As the interior designer on the project, we are the glue to the architect, GC and client and we steer the ship and fill in all of the gaps. Our job is to take our design and translate it into buildable information for the builder but to also provide assurance to our client in the form of renderings, etc.

We’ve leveraged our design deliverables using VR and it’s been a game changer. Our clients can now feel scale of a space for those who have a hard time visualizing. In addition, we’ve integrated AI in just about every step of our design process as a supportive tool to take care of the admin/repetitive work and give us more time to design and collaborate.

It’s just the beginning of our VR and AI journey and we can’t wait to continue to develop these tools. Thank you for having me !
