Cherokee Residential Project
The outdoor area was conceived as a natural extension of the home: open, peaceful, and seamlessly connected to the interiors. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors allow the living spaces to fully open toward the pool, creating an effortless transition between inside and out.

The pool area remains simple and serene, surrounded by lush landscaping that enhances privacy and reinforces a constant sense of calm and connection with nature.

The covered BBQ terrace was designed with gathering in mind. A functional outdoor kitchen, generous dining area, and comfortable seating make it ideal for everyday use as well as entertaining. Every decision seeks a balance between warmth, practicality, and thoughtful design.

Spaces created to be enjoyed - indoors and out.

Proyecto Residencial Cherokee
El área exterior se concibió como una extensión natural de la casa: abierta, con una sensación de paz y completamente conectada con los interiores. Los ventanales corredizos de piso a techo permiten integrar por completo la sala con la alberca, generando una transición fluida entre interior y exterior.

La zona de la alberca se mantiene sencilla, rodeada de vegetación que aporta una sensación constante de calma y conexión con la naturaleza.

La terraza con BBQ se diseñó pensando en la convivencia. Una cocina exterior funcional, un comedor amplio y áreas de estar cómodas permiten que el espacio se utilice tanto en el día a día como para recibir invitados. Cada decisión busca un equilibrio entre calidez, practicidad y diseño.

Designed in collaboration with architect Simón Bissu of SBB Arquitectura, Cherokee is a residential project in Miami developed by Luxom Developments. From its contemporary architecture to its interiors, the home is defined by a sense of calm and balance. Natural materials, light woods, and soft tones create a welcoming atmosphere that is felt from the very first moment.
