Zero carbs!! simple recipe for flourless flatbread:

Ingredients:
• 2 cups of eggs
• 1/2 cup of cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• Optional: herbs, spices, or garlic for flavor Instructions:
1. Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
2. In a blender or food processor, mix eggs, cottage cheese, and salt. Blend until smooth.
3. Add any desired herbs, spices, or garlic and blend well.
4. Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture onto the pan and tilt to spread evenly.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to curl and the surface is dry.
6. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
7. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Tips:
• Use a non-stick pan to prevent the flatbread from sticking.
• Adjust the heat as needed to prevent burning.
• You can store the flatbreads in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

High protein lunch made with cottage cheese “wrap”! Nowwwwww just listen, it was a vessel for the filling. It was delicious. Ralph had no idea it was cottage cheese! The whole lunch was 542 calories and packed with 49g of protein
