Our studio has been quietly working on this design proposal, a 30-year-old corner landed home in Cheras. Keeping most of the existing structure intact, while rethinking the spatial flow to support new ways of living. Here's the big reveal-
The light was always there—now it enters with ease ✨

A quiet rework of a home for two, and their cats—designed for slower mornings, shared routines, and the kind of comfort that builds over time.

Most of the original structure stayed, with a small front extension to bring more light into the kitchen.
The rest was about making the home feel better—cleaner lines, softer transitions, and spaces that support daily life with calm and ease.

We’ve been quietly working on this one for a few months now 🌿✨
A 30-year-old landed house in Cheras - slowly reshaped into a calm, comfortable space for a family of four.

Most of the original structure remains intact, with a small side extension on the ground floor to increase internal space—while still preserving enough room for the client’s gardening hobby. Storage was designed with intention; instead of stretching cabinets from wall to wall, we shaped them just enough for what’s needed, allowing the rest of the space to breathe.

To us, refurbishment isn’t just about fixing old things. It’s about seeing what’s worth keeping, what can change, and how the space can start to support a new way of living.
