Korean Popcorn Chicken

Ingredients :
1pc Chicken breast
A pinch of salt and pepper
1tsp blended garlic
1tsp blended ginger
1egg
3tbsp all purpose flour
3tbsp corn flour

Sauce ingredients :
1/4cup tomato sauce
1tbsp soya sauce
1tsp sesame oil
2tbsp gochujang
2tsp rice vinegar
1/4cup sugar
1tbsp butter
Garnish : spring onion, sesame seed

Chili Oil Dumplings 🥟 | Save&Share💌 for later ⬇️

Ingredients :

10pcs dumplings
1tbsp chili flake
1tbsp chopped garlic
1tbsp Spring onion
30ml hot cooking oil
500ml water
1tbsp sugar
3tbsp black vinegar
2tbsp oyster sauce
3tbsp soya sauce

Garnish white sesame

Remark: extra fragrance, use flavoured chilli flakes instead of regular chilli flakes.

Black Pepper Chicken | Save&Share💌 for later ⬇️

Ingredients :
1pc Chicken breast
A pinch of salt
1tbsp black pepper
1tsp sugar
2tbsp corn flour for coating

Sauce
1tbsp chopped onion
1tbsp capsicum cut in bite
2tbsp Black pepper sauce
1tbsp Chili sauce
1tbsp Tomato sauce
1/2tbsp Honey

Remark:
1/For a crunchier texture, pour the cooked sauce over the fried chicken just before serving to keep the coating crispy.
2/For a stronger black pepper flavour, toss the fried chicken in the cooked sauce and stir-fry briefly before serving.

Ingredients:
- 100g minced meat
- 1tbsp chopped garlic
- 1tsp Sayo bean paste
- 1tbsp Soya sauce
- 1tsp Dark sauce
- 1/2tbsp Sugar
- 2tbsp water
- 1tbsp Cooking wine
- 1tsp Corn flour
- 1tbsp Water
- 1pc dry Noodle
Garnish with Cucumber strip

Remark: water portion can reduce to 1tbsp if prefer sticky gravy

Ingredients :
10pcs frozen dumpling
1tbsp fried anchovies
1/2sheet dried seaweed
1tbsp chopped spring onion
A pinch of salt, pepper and MSG 3tbsp soya sauce
1tbsp sesame oil
500ml water
Garnish fried garlic

Remark :. For a crunchier dumpling base, fry for a longer time over medium heat. When steam-frying, use less water so the bottom becomes crispier while the filling stays cooked through.

Crispy Spicy Mayo Chicken | Save&Share💌 for later ⬇️

Ingredients :
1/2pc Chicken breast
A pinch of salt salt and black pepper 1tsp sesame oil
3tbsp flour
1tbsp corn flour
2tbsp water

Sauce ingredients
3tbsp mayo
1tbsp chili sauce
1tsp lemon juice
Garnish : Cucumber bites

Remark: For a crunchier bite, coat the ingredients with 2 tbsp all-purpose flour and 2 tbsp cornstarch.
Double-fry for an extra crispy and longer-lasting crunchy texture. Fry once until lightly golden, let it rest for 2–3 minutes, then fry again until deep golden and crispy.

Sizzling Hot Plate Tofu | Save&Share💌 for later ⬇️

Ingredients:
2 japanese tofu
2eggs
1tsp garlic bites
50g mince meat
1tbsp soya sauce
1/2tsp dark soya sauce
1/2tsp oyster sauce
1tbsp sugar
3 to 4 tbsp water
Garnish Mala sauce and spring onion.

Remark : if to serve sizzling, pour in cooked meat sauce then gently add the beaten egg on top.

Ingredients

2pcs chicken thigh meat
4tbsp Tomato sauce
2tsp Mala sauce
1tbsp brown sugar
2tbsp honey
2tbsp soya sauce
2tbsp mince garlic

Remark:
1/ Cut each chicken thigh into two pieces for better flavor absorption.
2/Divide the sauce mixture into two equal portions. Use one half to marinate the chicken thigh and reserve the remaining half for cooking the gravy.
