真正高级的家，不是单靠昂贵材料堆叠出来，而是从空间比例、灯光层次、材质搭配到生活动线，每一个细节都经过精准规划。

这一次，由 Ryan｜HTIEK Spokesperson 带大家率先走进这个全新豪宅设计项目, 打造一个沉稳、大气、充满品味的豪宅空间。

从入门玄关开始，深色石材、木饰面、隐藏灯光与艺术陈设，营造出一种低调却极具气场的迎宾氛围。
来到餐厅，黑色大理石、精致吊灯与展示柜灯光互相呼应，让空间不只是用餐区域，更像是主人品味与生活仪式感的展现。
厨房设计延续高级深色调，结合中岛、收纳、灯光与实用动线，打造一个既美观又实用的生活核心。
而主人房、浴室、衣帽间与小孩房，则在同一套设计语言中，加入不同的生活需求，让每一个空间都有自己的性格与舒适感。

For this project, Presented by Ryan, HTIEK’s Spokesperson, this home reveal brings you into a new level of modern luxury living, designed to create a home that feels bold, elegant and timeless.

From the entrance foyer, the combination of dark marble, timber textures, warm lighting and curated décor creates a powerful first impression.
The dining area is designed as more than just a place to dine, it becomes a statement of taste, lifestyle and sophistication.
The kitchen continues the same luxury language, blending functionality with a premium visual experience through dark finishes, island planning, hidden lighting and refined details.
Moving into the bedrooms, bathroom, wardrobe and children’s room, every space is carefully designed to balance elegance, comfort and daily practicality.

HTIEK | Contemporary Modern Residence – ID & Fabrication Showcase

This contemporary modern residence is thoughtfully designed and fully executed through our in-house ID fabrication team, ensuring precision in every detail.

Upon entering the home, the living hall and dining area are seamlessly blended, creating a spacious and fluid open-plan layout. To enhance spatial flow and functionality, we sealed the original staircase with custom wooden paneling and reoriented the dining layout, improving circulation beyond the developer’s original plan.

The kitchen is reimagined as an open-concept space, fully integrated with the dining hall encouraging interaction, light flow, and modern lifestyle living.

This home features three modern-designed bedrooms, each tailored with clean lines, refined finishes, and a calm contemporary atmosphere.

Externally, the façade adopts a Northern European (Nordic-inspired) concept, characterised by minimalist forms, subtle textures, and timeless elegance — delivering a strong yet understated street presence.

此住宅项目由 HTIEK 室内设计与自有工厂一站式完成，从概念到施工，每一个细节都精准落地。

踏入室内，客厅与餐厅自然融合，形成开阔且流畅的公共空间。我们通过 封闭原有楼梯并以木饰面重新包覆，同时 调整原本由发展商规划的餐桌方向，让整体动线更加顺畅、实用。

厨房采用 开放式设计，与餐厅完美衔接，不仅提升空间感，也更符合现代家庭的生活互动需求。

住宅内设有 三间现代风格卧室，以简洁线条、沉稳色调与精致细节，打造舒适且耐看的居住氛围。

外观立面则采用 北欧风格设计概念，强调简约比例、低调质感与长期耐看的美学，让住宅呈现出内敛而高级的气质。
