"KICKS PICKLE BALL @ JOHOR BAHRU"
For this project, we wanted to turn the spirit of pickleball into a space. Bold reds, dynamic lines and curved forms create a fast-paced atmosphere the moment you walk in. The reception becomes the heart of the space — textured, illuminated, and full of momentum. Seven Oaks adds a cozy corner for players to recharge, balancing energy with comfort.
Inside the courts, strong color zoning and an open industrial shell transform the warehouse into a vibrant arena built for play, community, and movement. A space designed to keep the game alive — on and off the court.

"KICKS PICKLE BALL @ JOHOR BAHRU"
For this project, we wanted to turn the spirit of pickleball into a space. Bold reds, dynamic lines and curved forms create a fast-paced atmosphere the moment you walk in. Designed with an open layout inspired by nature, Manzanita brings the garden indoors to create an “indoor but outdoor” atmosphere.
Soft curves, gentle neutral tones, and natural materials form a calm and inviting space, while the slanted rattan ceiling panel stands out as the key feature — weaving warmth, texture, and the essence of nature into the heart of the café.

The facade, influenced by the ancient Japanese art of Origami (折り紙), combines geometric shapes and wood textures, offering both structural efficiency and architectural expression.
