🙌🏻🍵🍃 SERVING YOU WAY OVERDUE TEA 👇🏻⬇️🙇🏻✨

1️⃣ MISCOMMUNICATIONS + LAST MIN. CHANGES
• After multiple meetings and clarifications on setup time, linen selections, and seating arrangements, there were still miscomm and our initial setup time got pushed back by 12hours —which is why we had to work late AND check in early.

2️⃣ DECOR INSTALLATION MISHAPS
• That big fluffy green decor piece? Yeah. Almost fell face down, TWICE. At that moment, it was a full minute of silence and blank and panic.
• Imagine the anxiety bc it could just SNAP and FALL ANYTIME (i.e. DURING EVENT)

3️⃣ SCARCE SUPPLY OF FRESH PRODUCE
• We had to run the whole town, to every corner of every fruit / vege store / stall / market there is in KK (for days on end) bc we couldn't find good quality produce.
• And we couldn't purchase and stock them much earlier bc obviously it'll not be at its best condition during event.

BUT DESPITE ALL THE CHAOS,

1️⃣ TRUST + GRATITUDE
• Couple, couple's families and friends enjoyed and had a good time. They loved and appreciated everything, which made everything worth the while!!

2️⃣ EX*****ON
• Events like this help us to grow and be able to do much wiser planning as well as avoid any similar situations in the future so that we're able to SERVE YOU BETTER!! ♥️🍸🫒✨

It hit me hard today that that's what it is:
• I see "prompts" and "indicators" when I'm doing something..
• idk if you guys watched Queen's Gambit but it's pree much that thing she does where she plays chess w herself in her mind??
• when I look at something.. I get a play of different visions in my head.. it feels like flashes of things are being highlighted to me.. especially when I'm arranging.. that's how I know "where" to trim / cut / place something.. I hope this makes sense..

I'm sorry if I ever went "wdym you can't see it" or if you feel like you never understood a thing I say.. 🥹😅

so if you catch me starring into thin space.. it's probably my brain doing that.. 🙂

Based on the concept of 《月老牵红线》 which quite literally translates to “Cupid Tie Red Knot" 🪢 This entire artistic expression is a representation of fate and destiny in the context of love and marriage but also in many areas of life itself :)

♥️🪢 PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS 📽️✨
1️⃣ This was a very last-min consultation, so we had no involvement in the beginning stages of planning and purchasing process. We came in with a given concept and random items to put together BUT client fully trusted our vision and let us roll with it 😚 (for the most part, they probs just couldn't envision it altogether —happens a lot! 🤪)

2️⃣ The challenge was filling up spaces without making it look “TRY HARD” while considering realistic operational requirements and customer experience etc

3️⃣ We turned customers opening gifts into permanent decor items including: 3x Non-Fresh Floral Vases + 1x 10x4ft Mirror Mural 🤩 As a florist, we understand how overwhelming it will quickly get, when you're showered with gifts in the form of random opening stands (that you'll throw away anyway) WHICH IS WHY we usually advice to send gifts in the form of decor items so that it won't “get in the way” of their original interior concept 🥳

4️⃣ With Spatial Décor, it's NOT JUST a few things in a corner and some other in another.. It's about the full walk-in EXPERIENCE. But also, it's about overall sustainability. If it only looks nice in the first week, it doesn't really count.. (so let's see, hey?) 🤭🍂🪢

5️⃣ Yes, the wilted dried leaves are real 😉😋

🫶🏻🤵🏻 Wedding Event Décor BTS 👰🏻‍♀️✨

FOR CONTEXT:
• It's an AM wedding, meaning super early (730AM, supposedly) cut off time on event day
• We were allowed access on the day prior but we couldn't do much due to (i) extreme weather conditions + (ii) delays on tables / marquee setup (that is also indirectly caused by the ☔️) + (iii) challenging lighting conditions
• Other challenging factors are (i) long distance drives (meaning if we forgot smth, we had to make a 2hr trip back) + (ii) no real food after dark (and is inaccessible via GrabFood) + (iii) 4AM start bc of the drive and rush

DISCLAIMER ⚠️ : This is addressed from a place of AWARENESS, not COMPLAIN so pls don't come after me arigathanks 🙂‍↕️
