🎯 Designing for brand identity, functionality, and public interaction — all in one compact retail structure.

Our latest conceptual design project involved the development of three distinct ticket booth typologies for lottery-based games in Selangor, Malaysia, branded respectively as:
🎟️ Magnum
🎟️ Damacai
🎟️ Sports Toto

Each booth was tailored to the visual language of its brand, while maintaining ergonomic and operational efficiency within a compact footprint.

🔷 Key design objectives:
– Strong brand recognition through color and signage
– User-friendly interaction zones for buyers and operators
– Durable material selection suitable for tropical climate
– Harmonious integration with public or commercial environments

The design remains flexible for modular rollout and has been submitted for ex*****on approvals.

This project reflects our ongoing efforts to merge architecture, branding and urban experience — even in small-scale structures.

Fabric Showroom | Tehran, Iran

🎯 Compact Showroom Design – Merging Functionality with Elegance

Our team at Arsh*t Sazeh Alborz was entrusted with designing a 14-square-meter boutique showroom located in the heart of Tehran, crafted specifically for fabric display and customer interaction.

Despite the limited area, the space was meticulously planned to provide maximum usability while maintaining a clean, elegant look.
The design incorporates:

Custom-built MDF cabinetry with polyurethane finish

Integrated linear lighting to enhance product visibility

Hidden personal storage and built-in sink, smartly placed to avoid visual clutter

A stone + MDF central counter, offering clients a practical, elegant surface to explore fabric textures and details

This project is now in the post-design cost analysis phase, and serves as a clear example of how thoughtful spatial planning can elevate even the smallest environments.

Step into a 150 sqm, three-bedroom apartment designed with precision, balance, and immersive spatial planning. This unique project tackled tight circulation paths and high client expectations — which is exactly why we took an advanced approach:

Designing an outdoor space that truly complements the architectural identity of a villa is never just about paving paths or planting trees—it's about telling a story through every material and every line.

In this 1,700 sqm villa project in Tehrandasht, Iran, we delivered a fully customized landscape solution aligned with the villa's modern architectural form.

✨ Key highlights of the project: – Curved white microcement firepit, functional with both gas & charcoal
– Pool & whirlpool bath zone with changing rooms and access paths using thermo-wood and stone
– A traditional room at the far end, featuring a clay oven and authentic Persian detailing
– Custom-designed pergola using black-coated steel and thermo-wood
– Driveway using heavy-duty black Savoj pavers, integrated with grass & coarse white aggregates
– Flamed Natanz granite & black Lashtar stone for consistency with building facade
– Night lighting system by Shuaa Lighting in modern black finish

The landscape was intentionally designed to balance a natural atmosphere with structured design, avoiding overgrown aesthetics while keeping the organic feeling alive.

This project is another example of how our team at Arsh*t Sazeh Alborz integrates form, function, and identity into a complete outdoor experience.

🔷 Residential Interior Design | Fardis, Karaj – 2025, 220 m²
A recent project delivered for a family of six, blending functionality, elegance, and smart spatial planning in a 3-bedroom apartment with a modern approach.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Client Needs:

One large bedroom redesigned to comfortably accommodate two teenage boys, each with personal space and full functionality.

Another room tailored for a younger girl and boy, with soft color palettes and playful elements.

A modern kitchen featuring polyurethane painted cabinets, quartz countertops, and premium Unihopper Tandem box hardware.

Addressing a common architectural issue: the entrance opened directly into the living room — so we created a dedicated entryway with a built-in closet by adjusting the kitchen layout, enhancing both storage and flow.

This project showcases how thoughtful design can resolve layout challenges and provide tailored solutions for growing families — all without compromising modern aesthetics.

Mehshahr Residential Facade Design – Karaj, Iran

Located in the serene southwest district of Karaj, this four-story residential project was envisioned to merge contextual harmony with a distinct architectural identity. Our design approach focused on clean, modern geometries enhanced by a refined material palette of contemporary brick, glass, and white microcement—balancing opacity and transparency for both visual and functional impact.

Integrated vertical and horizontal louvers were introduced to regulate natural light, create façade rhythm, and improve thermal comfort within the interior spaces. A carefully designed architectural lighting scheme highlights material textures and volumetric forms at night, ensuring a continuous presence and aesthetic value beyond daylight hours.
