Cheong brings over 15 years of experience in the field of optics, holding the prestigious title of Fellow of British Dispensing Opticians (FBDO). Having served thousands of customers throughout his career, he understands the importance of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Fu, with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, spent a decade working for two leading local online payment gateway services. Through her work, she has facilitated the growth of countless businesses, witnessing firsthand the evolution of Malaysia's e-commerce landscape. In 2018, fueled by a shared desire to pursue our dreams, we made the bold decision to leave our respective careers and embark on a new journey. Our goal was to create handcrafted pieces of exceptional quality using the finest materials. We wanted our creations to be meaningful, evoking a sense of connection and soulfulness in the lives of those who wear them. We aimed to create connections and shorten the distance between people, whether among friends, family, or partners, and to be cherished and appreciated for a lifetime. We turned to the online platform to showcase our creations to a global audience, and thus, CFJewelryCrafts was born in 2019. Starting with minimal tools and skills, we embarked on a journey of self-learning. We faced numerous challenges and encountered countless failures along the way. Despite these obstacles, we persevered, continuously honing our craft as silversmiths. We initially focused on minimalist personalized jewelry, leveraging our limited resources to create pieces that would hold sentimental value for our customers. However, in 2020, the world was hit by the global COVID-19 pandemic, and like many others, we were profoundly affected. With widespread lockdowns and halted shipping services, we had no choice but to temporarily suspend our operations, facing financial difficulties with no income and a market that was hesitant to make non-essential purchases. Nevertheless, we remained steadfast, motivated by the belief that the new normal would eventually fade and people's lives would return to normalcy. We utilized this time to enhance our silversmith skills, honing our craft to deliver even greater quality and craftsmanship. After more than two years of preparation, we are delighted to relaunch our online store with a wider range of designs. Our collection now encompasses a wide array of themes, including pieces inspired by everyday life, the vastness of the ocean, momentous graduations, heartfelt celebrations of motherhood, and a variety of modern and personalized designs.
