Dear Friends, this is a page created for those who are interested in creative hobbies & crafts mainly in decorative & folk art painting. Photos of hand-painted pieces, crafty projects & workshops will be posted and will be updated & shared from time to time. During my school days, I always look forward to my art classes. The passion in painting doesn’t stopped there. I started to learn folk art from two lovely ladies in the 90's. And the journey continues.

Soft strokes flowers on a stool. Havent figured out what to do with the stool legs. A design by JS which was stalled for almost 3 yrs. Finally got it done. Not very happy with the outcome. Couldn’t achieve the “messy & relaxed” result coz of my OCD habit.

“Prayer” ~ May peace, mercy and healing fill our world. Today, my prayer is for an end to war & all suffering across mankind. May we learn to co-exist in harmony & deep kindness with animals who share this earth with us.

I pray for wisdom to choose & bravery to face whatever comes my way. Above all, I ask for the blessing of good health & protection for myself, my family & friends.

Wishing you all peace & light.

Another piece of the same series. I am overdosed with these. Thought this piece is the simplest. Easier said than done, it turned out to be more complex & took the longest time to finish it.

P.S. I feel that the painting circle is very quiet. Or is it only my BTH? I thought i was in hiatus. No one interested in painting anymore? Soooo quiet🤔.
