WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHILE RENOVATING YOUR TOILET...
Save this before you start! 🚽

👉 Waterproofing: First layer on the most bottom part of the floor, 2nd layer before installing the tiles.

👉 Screeding: Proper levelling before tile installation to ensure proper tile alignment.

👉 Gradient: Ensure natural flow toward floor trap. Make water easily move toward the floor trap.

👉 Tile Adhesive: Use tile glue, NOT cement only. (Standard - SIKA 88, Big tiles - SIKA - 288 recommended)

👉 Grout: Choose waterproof grout or silicone sealant.

👉 Floor Trap: Use anti-odor trap.

👉 Mixer & Tap Position: Install at comfortable height (Basin 100-120cm, Shower Head 200-230cm, Sprayer 60-80cm) All from floor level.

👉 Electrical: Power point for heater needs proper MCB, install waterproof cover on plug point.

👉 Ventilation: Exhaust fan to prevent fungus.

👉 Use PPR cold pipe(blue line) for normal water and PPR hot pipe (red line) for longevity.

👉 Final Testing: Water ponding test for 24 hours
