两年前Mei开始了烘培之路，全因有一天另一半买回了一个烤箱（笑）。那时想说要怎么用这个烤箱呢，想着不要浪费钱嘛。刚开始跟着食谱制作戚风蛋糕，然后是起司蛋糕。偶尔也会做一些饼干，马卡龙的。遇到什么烦心事只要做个蛋糕心情就可以变好。

有一天在Instagram初次看到超美的韩式裱花蛋糕，从那时就爱上了这门艺术了。没有什么比起专心一意地裱花更疗愈的了。每次制作出一个个美美的蛋糕的时候都有满满的幸福感。
