今天有点小感触。

去了一间以前很常去的机械维修店。以前我们很多机械都是跟他们买、跟他们修。后来旧店没做了，时间久了，也慢慢没再遇到。

今天不知道为什么，突然想到他们，就回来附近转转看看。连老公也是抱着“试试看是不是他们”的心态，抱着机械走进去。

平时他都是放下机械就走的人。

结果……还真的是他们😂

然后一聊就停不下来，越聊越多。

原来不是没做，而是停了一年，花时间准备自己的新店。以前是妈妈开的店，现在变成小两口自己出来闯。

看到他们，其实很有感觉。

老婆负责sales，老公负责修理。老公属于那种很认真、很肯研究、很肯帮忙试的人。很多时候外面听到的是：

“丢掉啦，买新的比较值得。”

但他不是。

他会先想：“还能不能救？还有没有办法？”

做生意这么些年，其实越来越觉得，技术可以学，产品可以一样，但“做人”和“做事的态度”，真的差很多。

当然，他们刚开店，也一样面对很多声音。Supplier看不起、顾客怀疑、被比较、被压价……

听着听着一直笑，因为：

所以今天除了支持，也顺便给了一些小建议。

创业的人都知道，最难的从来不是累，而是没人相信你的时候，还要继续撑。

所以如果能力范围内，遇到认真做事的人，我还是会想支持一下。

因为有时候支持的不只是生意，而是支持一个还在努力坚持的人。

Sunday. Still at work.

From 1:30PM until almost 6:00PM.
Meetings, discussions, material selections, revising, brainstorming… and repeating the process all over again.

Tired? Very.
Mentally drained? A little.
But fulfilled? Definitely.

Because design is never just about beautiful renderings and finished spaces.
Behind every project are hours of conversations, problem-solving, decision making, and countless small details.

Sometimes the most satisfying part isn’t the final result.
It’s knowing that today, we moved one step closer to creating something better.

Work in progress. Always.

Sunday. Work mode: ON.

从下午 1:30 一直开会到接近 6:00。
讨论、研究、对材料、改方案、再讨论。

很累。
脑袋满满。
声音也快没了。😂

但这种累，是很踏实的累。

因为设计从来不是一张漂亮效果图那么简单。
每一个决定、每一种材质、每一个细节，都是一群人花时间慢慢磨出来的。

有时候最充实的，不是完成了什么，
而是知道自己今天，又认真把事情做好了一点。

继续前进。一步一步。

久违的聚会兼工作会议，
和那些还没毕业就一起工作的同事兼老师傅们再次见面。
还有机会一起合作也是件不容易的事

最开心的，还是看到大家都健健康康，精神依旧。

A long-awaited gathering and work meeting
with my old colleagues and mentors whom I worked with even before graduating.

Most importantly, I’m truly happy to see everyone doing well and staying healthy.
And having the opportunity to work together again is truly something not to be taken for granted.

Not every project needs to be big.
But every space deserves to be done right.

We revisited this home recently —
a compact space with a well-considered six-figure investment.

The homeowner chose to focus on quality,
details, and how the space truly feels.

After the festive season,
the home felt even more alive.

What stayed with us wasn’t just the compliments —
it was the pride in the homeowner’s voice.

That’s what we do this for.

虽然空间不大，
但屋主愿意投入预算，把每个细节做好。

新年过后，
整个家更有温度。

他说，亲戚朋友来访时都很喜欢，
尤其是那间 powder room。

但对我们来说，
最重要的，是他那份满足与骄傲。

这，就是我们坚持把设计做好的原因。

让大家久等了。

这几年一直忙于不同的 project，
很多完成的作品，一直没有好好整理出来与大家分享。

或许也是因为素材太多——
照片很多，video 也很多。
每一个空间、每一个角度，都记录着当时的想法与过程。

有时候回头看，
会发现设计不只是完成一个空间，
更像是在记录一段时间。

接下来我会慢慢把这些作品整理出来，
用 video 的方式，与大家分享每一个 project 的故事。

也为自己留下一个阶段的记录。

如果 video 稍微长一点，希望大家不要嫌弃。

因为每一个空间，
都值得被好好记住。

Sorry to keep everyone waiting.

Over the past few years, we have been fully occupied with different projects,
and many completed works have not been properly organized and shared.

Perhaps it is also because there are simply too many memories captured —
too many photos, too many videos.
Every space and every angle carries a piece of the process behind it.

Looking back, I realize that design is not only about completing a space,
it is also about recording a moment in time.

Moving forward, I will slowly整理 these projects and share them one by one through videos,
as a way to document this journey as well.

If the videos are a little long, I hope you won’t mind.

Because every space
deserves to be remembered.
