Familiar with local authority submission process and requirement.

๐จโ๐ Bachelor's degree at least 2 years of experience in related field.
โ๏ธ Proficient in AutoCAD (we use Gstarcad actually), Sketchup and Enscape.
๐Strong creative and communication skills, able to communicate professionally in English, Malay, and Chinese
