The learning continues! 🚀

Following our successful Symetrix Cognio Launch Event, we were excited to host our first Cognio Training at the Mercoms Experience Room.

Bringing together some of Malaysia's most experienced AV professionals, attendees had one of the earliest opportunities to get hands-on with Cognio, exchange ideas directly with the Symetrix team, and be part of the platform's journey from the very beginning.

Yesterday was a milestone for Mercoms as we officially launched Symetrix in Malaysia and introduced the all-new Cognio platform!

It was fantastic to welcome over 85 AV professionals for an afternoon of live demonstrations, networking, and hands-on experiences. The positive feedback and excitement surrounding Cognio made the event truly memorable.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and to the Symetrix team for making this launch such a success. Here's to the beginning of an exciting new partnership!

Yesterday, Mercoms Systems had the pleasure of hosting an exclusive BEC Akustik Listening Session at OOMPH Rise Mall.

It was wonderful to welcome consultants, interior designers, system integrators, and audio enthusiasts for an afternoon of music, conversation, and immersive listening.

Guests had the opportunity to experience the exceptional clarity, balanced sound, and elegant design of BEC Akustik loudspeakers in a relaxed environment, while learning more about the German engineering and philosophy behind the brand.

More importantly, the event provided a great platform to exchange ideas, reconnect with industry friends, and explore how premium audio solutions can enhance hospitality, commercial, and residential spaces.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and made the afternoon such a success. We truly appreciate your time, your conversations, and your support.

We look forward to bringing more inspiring experiences and innovative solutions to the AV community in the near future.

Last week, the Mercoms team made the five-hour journey to Terengganu to participate in the JKR Roadshow 2026 Technology Update Seminar for JKR Terengganu (Cawangan Kejuruteraan Elektrik).

In collaboration with Acousticon and Harman Professional, we had the privilege of representing WyreStorm Technologies and sharing the latest developments in AV-over-IP and control solutions through a series of presentations and live demonstrations.

This also marked only our second opportunity to present to a government audience in Bahasa Melayu, making the positive response and active participation from more than 40 attendees especially encouraging.

A big thank you to JKR Terengganu for the opportunity, and to our partners Acousticon and Harman Professional for a successful collaboration. We look forward to continuing to support technology-sharing initiatives and bringing innovative AV solutions to more projects across Malaysia.
