📍 Location: Penang Island
💰 Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 5,000 (Based on skill & eficiency)
【Requirements】
● Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
● Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3ds Max/SketchUp.
● Tech-Savvy: Strong command of Excel and a passion for AI tools.
● Experience: Familiar with both Residential & Commercial projects.
● Speed: Proven ability to work fast and eficiently under deadlines.
● Mobility: Must possess own transportation for site visits.
● Mindset: A fast learner with a strong commitment to growth.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Produce 2D technical drawings & high-quality 3D renderings eficiently.
2. Handle site measurements and progress monitoring.
3. Manage project documentation using Excel and digital tools.
4. Integrate AI innovations into the design workflow.
