Recent project at Seremban 2, we solved home owner issues with rat and insects coming in from gaps.

Previous contractor filled the gaps with foam and installed PVC netting. It did not fix the issue.

We redesigned the structure and replaced it with security meshes made out of stainless steel and aluminium frame. The gap was filled in with sealants.

Providing both ventilation, security whilst fixing rat & insects issues the homeowner is facing.

Homeowner is frustrated by the wasted space above the window unit. Items are disorganised and affects the overall space’s beauty.

We solved it by building a 2x2 wall cabinet made of Nyatoh wood. Cabinet layouts according to owner’s use case which she emphasise she need more space for big items such as mattress and luggages. Therefore, inside 3 of the cabinets are without middle divider.
