โ ๏ธ Temporary Showroom Closure Notice
To our valued customers, friends, and supporters,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the temporary closure of our showroom and operations.
On the morning of 30 May 2026, a fire broke out at a neighbouring factory and rapidly spread to our premises. Within a very short time, the entire Cozey Living factory, showroom, machinery, materials, and inventory were completely destroyed.
What took us years to build was gone in a matter of hours.
The reality is even more difficult because we do not have insurance coverage for this loss. This means every piece of equipment, every sofa in production, every material, and our entire facility were lost without any financial protection.
Despite this devastating setback, we are grateful that no lives were lost and that everyone is safe. For that, we are truly thankful.
Our team acted quickly and has already established a temporary production facility to ensure operations can continue.
To all our customers, please rest assured that we remain fully committed to fulfilling every order and delivering according to schedule. Our team is working tirelessly behind the scenes to minimise disruptions and maintain the level of service you have entrusted us with.
At the same time, we are actively planning the next chapter for Cozey Living, including the setup of a new showroom where we can continue serving you.
Cozey Living was built on the belief that every home deserves a comfortable place to gather, connect, and create memories. While our factory may be gone, that belief remains stronger than ever.
This is not the end of our story.
We will rebuild.
