Why do we always visit your site twice to measure? 🤔📐

Today we’re on site at D’Clover Residences, Damansara, taking final measurements for a well-known public figure’s home!

A lot of clients ask: "Can’t you just use the first measurement from the floor plan or empty unit?"

Here’s the reality: once plaster ceiling, floor leveling/tiling, and electrical wiring are completed, site dimensions shift by millimeters.
A second "Final Measurement" ensures every custom cabinet fits like a glove with zero gaps or alignment errors.

Whether you're a public figure or a first-time homeowner, our commitment to precision never changes. Every home deserves long-lasting craftsmanship.
