Empresas do Pavilhão Nacional das MPMEs e Cooperativas distinguidas na FACIM 2026

Trata-se de uma distinção que reconhece o desempenho, a criatividade, a inovação e a qualidade da apresentação dos participantes ao longo da 61.ª edição da Feira Internacional de Maputo (FACIM 2026), que decorre sob o lema “Transformação Digital e Energética rumo a uma Economia Sustentável”.

A Lumiére foi distinguida na categoria de PME Interactiva, enquanto a In Design Decoração de Interiores recebeu a distinção na categoria de Melhor Stand.

Na categoria de PME Revelação, a distinção foi atribuída à Moz Superhot Peppers.

Já na categoria de Melhor PME com Produto Manufaturado, a Cooperativa Aliança Verde de Moçambique conquistou o segundo lugar, enquanto a Aliança Moçambicana de Mulheres no Café alcançou o primeiro lugar.

Os Certificados de Honra representam um reconhecimento pelo contributo destas iniciativas para a promoção do empreendedorismo, da inovação e da produção nacional.

WE ARE THE EMERGING SME OF FACIM 2026!

Moz SUPERHOT Peppers has been honoured with the “PME Revelação” Award — Emerging SME of the 61st edition of FACIM 2026.

I am deeply grateful and incredibly moved by this recognition. I once believed that moments like this only happened to other people. Today, I stood before the cameras holding an award that represents years of passion, hard work, persistence and belief in what we are building.

From Marracuene, we are showing that Mozambique can produce rare and special chillies with the quality and value needed for both national and international markets.

My sincere thanks to the FACIM organisation, to everyone who believed in our project, to our team and especially to my husband, who has walked beside me throughout this journey.

This award gives us even more strength to grow, create opportunities and take a proudly Mozambican product further into the world.

This recognition belongs to everything we have already cultivated — and to everything that is still waiting to grow.

From Marracuene to the world. This is only the beginning.

Today, we had the honour of being invited to present the Moz SUPERHOT Peppers story and business at the German Pavilion at FACIM.

It was a unique opportunity to share our vision in the presence of the German Ambassador to Mozambique and other inspiring entrepreneurs and partners.

Standing there and speaking about a project that began with a simple passion for growing unusual chilli varieties was both humbling and deeply meaningful. Every opportunity like this reminds us that a small seed, when nurtured with dedication, can grow into something capable of reaching far beyond the farm.

We are sincerely grateful for the invitation, the warm welcome and the opportunity to represent Mozambican agriculture and entrepreneurship.

Mozambique grows the heat — and we are only getting started.

Today, we had the honour of welcoming Mr Salimo Abdula, businessman and Ambassador of FACIM 2026, to our stand.

It was a privilege to introduce him to Moz SUPERHOT Peppers, share our vision and offer him one of our chilli plants. His kind words and congratulations on our project meant a great deal to us.

We remain committed to working with humility and determination to showcase the extraordinary potential of speciality chillies grown in Mozambique.

Today, we had the honour of welcoming His Excellency Filipe Nyusi, former President of the Republic of Mozambique, to our stand at FACIM.

During our conversation, I was delighted to discover that we have something in common: he also grows chillies. It seems we are colleagues after all!

It was a special opportunity to introduce him to the work of Moz SUPERHOT Peppers, our collection of more than 300 varieties, and Mozambique’s great potential to produce distinctive chillies for both national and international markets.

We are deeply honoured by his visit and even more motivated to continue growing opportunities, flavours and partnerships from Mozambique to the world.

Honoured to have been invited to a reception hosted by the Chargée d’Affaires a.i. of the Federal Republic of Germany, Ms Inga Tessendorf, on the occasion of Germany’s participation at FACIM 2026.

It was a meaningful evening and another valuable opportunity to meet inspiring people, listen to different perspectives and learn from those who are contributing to positive change.

I am grateful for the invitation and for the opportunity to share this moment with fellow programme participants and Ivânia from GIZ. Every new experience reminds me that there is still so much to learn, so many people to meet and many possibilities ahead.
