WHY CHURCHES ARE LOSING MEMBERS

I have noticed something in the body of Christ today and I feel led to share it in love.

Many churches focus only on who came to church on Sunday, but forget to check on who did not come.

Some members are sick, some are struggling, some are depressed, some just need a call to say "We miss you, how are you?"

But instead, we only count attendance.

Jesus said: "If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine and go to look for the one?" - Matthew 15:12

He also said: "I was sick and you looked after me" - Matthew 25:36

Let us return to true love. Let us carry each other's burdens - Galatians 6:2.

When we show true love, no one will want to leave. Church is family, not just a Sunday gathering.

This is not to judge any church, but a reminder for all of us to love better.
