If it weren't for the sake of the SECOND WIFE...

In most cases, weekdays are dedicated to work and other important commitments. While weekends(Sundays) are typically considered more suitable for appointments, visitations and INSTALLATIONS
However, this respected brother saw our work at Masjid As-Salaam, Elewiodo Ibadan which made him decide to patronize us at Usadinteriors.
As Allah will want it, the quotation was given and the payment was made.
One of our culture at USADINTERIORS is to send to our customer either a picture or video of the job done as a form of notification about the readiness of the job either for pickup, delivery or installation as the case may be.
Upon the receipt of our notification, this respected brother further requested our service in installing the curtains for him.
Without discussing the installation fee I made him understand that I would only be available for installation on Sunday (2nd of June, 2024) which the brother considered to be TOO LATE. After lot of persuasion (from him) and declination (from me) the brother had to open up to me that the main reason why we have to install the curtains before weekend is that the 'Aqdu and walimat-un- Nikah between him and his proposed second wife will take place this coming Saturday (1st of June, 2024) bi idhnillah.
Upon hearing this, I was compelled to make arrangements for the installation during the early hours of today (Thursday 30th of May, 2024) in order to meet the need of this brother.
Despite the challenges that I know may arise from this arrangement, I at the same time saw it as an opportunity to ENJOIN RIGHTEOUSNESS (along side the monetary benefit) in accordance with the word of Allah which says..وَتَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِۚ...

In conclusion, while I may not willingly opt for installations on weekdays, I did this for sake of Allah by ensuring the house is set against her arrival on Saturday.
May Allah reward us at Usadinteriors and accept this as an act of worship from us. May Allah in His infinite mercy put lot of baroka in the proposed union between the brother and the sister (Aameen).

We have youths today who want to have access to money without CREATING VALUE.
However, the IDEAL means to getting money is by creating value.
As a Muslim Business Economist, I can tell you that if you see any individual who by any means has access to money without creating value, if it is not Haram (a means that is not pure- forbidden by Allah), it will not Last.

All praise and adorations are due to Allah, the one who has made Ramadan obligatory upon the Muslims as a means to revive us from being negligent about the utmost purpose of creation and to make us pious.
Allah the most high says,
وَمَا خَلَقْتُ ٱلْجِنَّ وَٱلْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ
And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ
O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous.

However, the month of Ramadan is a demo of how we should live as Muslims.
The end of Ramadan shouldn't be the the end of congregational prayers, Qiyaamu Layl, recitation of the Qur'an, giving charity, exchange of gifts, listening to lectures, abstaining from all form of immoralities etc.
Live for Allah, remain a conscious Muslim. Being among the living today is a great opportunity. Seize it !.
