THE KENT APARTMENT
A Lagos home designed to feel like a luxury retreat.

Our UK-based clients wanted more than a holiday apartment—they wanted a timeless family retreat where comfort, connection and quiet luxury could coexist.

Working within a 157m² footprint, we transformed a compact 3-bedroom apartment into a refined, functional home designed for both intimate family moments and entertaining.

From clever space planning and concealed storage to bespoke joinery, layered textures and calming neutral tones, every detail was considered.

The brief was simple: make it feel like home, but better.

This is our interpretation of Contemporary Quiet Luxury—understated, intentional and beautifully lived.

Luxury isn’t loud.
It’s in how the drapery falls, how the light is filtered, how nothing feels forced.

This bedroom wasn’t styled to impress.
It was designed to age well.
