Sometimes, food says what words cannot.
This platter is more than beautiful plating. It is a little reminder of who we are as Nigerians — colourful, diverse, creative, resilient and full of flavour. 🇳🇬
Just like this platter, Nigeria is made up of many different parts, yet somehow, when they come together, there is something uniquely beautiful about us.
We have had difficult seasons. We have questioned tomorrow. We have watched things become harder than they used to be. But somehow, the Nigerian spirit keeps saying:
“We go still dey alright.”
“We will keep trying.”
“There has to be a better tomorrow.” ❤️‍🩹
And that is the hope I choose to hold today.

🇳🇬💚 DEAR NIGERIA, WE STILL BELIEVE IN YOU. 🤍💚
Today, we celebrate 66 years of independence — but beyond the flags, the colours and the celebrations, there is a Nigeria that is tired, hopeful, resilient and still holding on.
We know the struggles.
We know what it means to work hard and still wonder how tomorrow will look.
We know the rising cost of living, the uncertainty, the disappointments and the dreams that sometimes feel delayed.
But we also know something else…
Nigerians are still creating.
Still waking up.
Still building businesses from almost nothing.
Still sending their children to school.
Still learning new skills.
Still feeding families.
Still helping one another.
Still dreaming.
Still believing. 🇳🇬
And perhaps that is our greatest strength — we have not given up on Nigeria.
So today, our prayer is simple:
May there be better days ahead.
May hard work become more rewarding.
May our young people find opportunities worthy of their talents.
May families have enough to live with dignity.
