HERE'S HOW MY RESPONSE TO A QUESTION BROUGHT ME POSITIVE FEEDBACK 😊

This afternoon, someone chatted me up from one of the groups I posted my business. He had seen the Fur Beddings Set I posted earlier on.

The man wrote, "How do we keep these beautiful sets really clean...?
I still have issues taking care of my duvet sets; and you are mouth-watering me with even more fluffy stuff!"

Meanwhile,I was charging my phone when the message came in and so didn't see it. NEPA took the light and I went to unplug my phone. I was actually busy washing clothes. I just felt like let me switch on my data. I did and saw the message pop up. I quickly attended to it.

I replied with a simple and well detailed response.

The man was very happy with my response. He said, "Thanks so so much for this simple way out! I appreciate your VERY PROMPT AND BUSINESSLIKE RESPONSE!"

I'm happy I was of assistance to him and as well marketed my business.

As a business person on this digital space, make it a point of duty to respond to your messages as quickly as possible. There's no need to form busy. How you respond to people's questions can attract more businesses to you.
