The Lekki Evercare Hospital is located at the high brow Lekki Phase 1 mixed development estate in Lagos, Nigeria. It is a magnificent 165-bed purpose-built and multi-speciality healthcare facility. Fitting Finishes ( ) supplied and installed over 7,000 sqm of top grade pathogen resistant Homogeneous Vinyls manufacutured by Tarkett SA ( ). We finished installation & handed over the floorings in November 2020 while the hospital was commissioned in March 2021. I visited the facility today January 19, 2022 after a little over 1 year we handed over, to have an on-the-spot assessment of how the floorings have been holding out. This is in fulfillment of one of the core principles of our business, which is, after supply & installation service. I went round the 6 floors of the hospital with the Operations Manager & Head of facility and it was very encouraging & at the same time exhilarating to learn they have not had any issues with the floors. Despite the volume of traffic everyday, the floors are doing very well as espected of high quality materials from Tarkett. The quality of maintenance of the floors is comparable with any hospital anywhere in the civilized world…thanks to the Management of the Hospital. I leave you with some images.

The newly installed Tarkett’s iD Click Ultimate LVT 55-70 at Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, Ozumba Mbadiwe Street, VI. Lagos, Nigeria. The iD Click Ultimate combines ultimate acoustic comfort at 19dB, resistance to scuffs & scratches with an easy to clean surface of 0.7mm wear layer. Commercial Classification is 34 Very Heavy at 6.5mm thickness.

When the Nigeria Liquid Natural Company (NLNG), the leading gas company in Nigeria, decided to do an upgrade of their head office in Port Harcourt to a smart office early in 2020, they turned to no other interior designing firm than .cubitt.interiors bitt Interiors (JCI), a subsidiary of .cubitt.architects , one of the leading architectural firms in Nigeria.

JCI, ably lead by Aki Jacqueline, one of the best interior designers in the country, turned to to supply some of the smartest vinyl floor finishes from . The quality and diversity of the vinyl floorings chose for the project range from iD Click LVTs, Heterogeneous Compact vinyls for the Breakout areas, Coffee Zones, offices & the Creche. We are proud of the outcomes. It was quite humbling and exciting to work with such a team of very talented interior architects.

The Lekki Evercare Hospital is a 165 Bed facility with the state of the art equipment and top notch healthcare personnel to cater for the health wellbeing of Nigerians. Fitting Finishes (www.fittingfinishes.com) was commissioned to supply and instal Tarkett’s (www.tarkett.com) high quality PVC floorings that not only limit the growth of pathogens on the flooring surface, but also those that greatly reduce the effects of static electricity on the sophisticated machines deployed to compliment the wellness of the patients. The delivery of the 7000+ Sqm of the floorings for the 6 storey hospital facility was effected in June of 2019, while installation commenced in September of the same year. We are now about 97% completed. The Lekki Evercare Hospital is a part of the Evercare Group. More updates on the progress to completion will be posted. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this important and iconic project that benefits the people of Nigeria.
