From carcass structure to completed luxury. This is what we do at TM Interiors & Associates Ltd.

A luxurious 5-bedroom residence featuring a private penthouse suite, swimming pool, pool deck, and ancillary building. Every detail considered. Every finish intentional.

This recently completed project is proof of what thoughtful design, technical expertise, and precise ex*****on can achieve, when vision meets the right hands.

If you have a structure sitting at carcass stage, we know exactly what to do with it.

At TM Interiors & Associates Ltd, we transform structures into spaces people are proud to live in.

A beautiful room caught my attention, but the story behind it kept me there.

This is a space designed by the incredibly talented Sophia Paterson, and what struck me most wasn’t just how beautiful it is. It’s how intentional it feels.

The custom mural featuring their daughter in places she’s visited around the world with her family doesn’t just decorate a wall, it celebrates memory. It turns an ordinary room into a visual storybook of experiences that actually matter to the person living in it.

Her love for her dogs runs through every detail embroidered on her bed linen, commissioned as painted artwork, even immortalised in little Matilda-inspired hats. That level of personalisation transforms a room from beautiful to deeply meaningful.

The custom furniture was designed around how she actually lives, drawers and baskets she can easily access herself. And her own dressing table complete with faux suede-lined drawers? That’s the kind of detail that reminds you luxury isn’t always about price. It’s about thoughtfulness.

The bunny seats and play table bring pure joy and imagination into the space. And the ensuite bathroom with monogrammed towels and wallpaper that mirrors the bedroom, means every inch of this space was considered.

This is what great design does. It doesn’t stop at beautiful. It goes all the way to belonging.

Design Lounge with TobyMary Takeaway:
It’s okay to be inspired by Pinterest, magazines, and beautiful homes online, but make sure your space still feels like you.

The best spaces will always reflect the people who live in them. Trends will come and go. But the spaces we create should reflect our values, our lifestyle, and the things that bring us joy.

Luxury is not always something we buy. Sometimes it’s something we intentionally create.

Out-of-state project.
Carcass stage to full ex*****on.

We took on this kitchen as a bare structure in a different state, and through clear planning, detailed 3D consultation, and intentional ex*****on, it evolved into a fully realized space.

This office facelift was designed and executed for a Montessori school led by a renowned educator and financial expert.

The existing space was functional and filled with natural light, but it required stronger visual hierarchy, refined structure, and more intentional storage solutions.

Our approach focused on creating a space that is both highly functional and visually grounded, while maintaining openness and clarity.

During the transformation, we did the following :
- Concealed all electrical wiring for a clean, seamless finish
- Introduced a custom L-shaped under-storage system with integrated lighting and concealed drawers
- Installed warm wooden flooring to ground the space.
- Upgraded the existing work desk to a modern executive piece with enhanced functionality.
- Created a refined focal feature wall

Additional elements such as a dedicated wall board, a curated bookshelf focal point, and a refined feature wall were incorporated to support both daily operations and professional content creation.

The result is a workspace that reflects leadership, organization, and authority: practical, intentional, and thoughtfully designed.

The client had already assembled his architect and structural team and invited us in as the interior design consultant. During the plan review sent to us, we realized that the initial exterior form was beginning to influence, and potentially restrict how the interior spaces could function.

Hence we took it upon ourselves to propose a revised exterior design. Our team worked collaboratively with the client’s team to review the structural plan and configuration.

This insight guided our decision to strategically refine the façade design, improving proportions, modernizing the architectural expression, and unlocking greater interior spatial potential.

This project reinforces the value of early-stage collaboration in construction and design development.

When interior design is integrated from the beginning, the outcome is not only beautiful, it is intentional and functional.

Good design is not solitary. It is collaborative.

In 2019, we designed our client’s residential space with custom furniture pieces, built with intention, precision, and longevity in mind… not knowing they would one day become the foundation of something entirely new.

Fast forward to today, year 2026. That same furniture now carries a different story.
Repurposed into a minimal, fully functional shortlet.
A softer atmosphere. A new purpose.

Over 90% of the furniture you see in this video was produced years ago, and it still holds its structure, its beauty, and its presence. Still relevant and still standing

Here is the real message:
Before you think of discarding your furniture, consider its potential. And even more importantly… before you produce, consider longevity.

Invest in quality. Invest in craftsmanship.
Invest in pieces that can stand the test of time.

Because good design is not seasonal. It is structural.
It is durable. It evolves.

At TM Interiors, we don’t just design for today.
We design for continuity. Because when design is built with depth, it does not expire. It adapts.

At TMI, one thing our clients can always attest to is our commitment to going above and beyond. We don’t just complete projects—we ensure that every design decision aligns with our clients’ overall objectives for their space. When we take on a project, it’s never just about the scope; it’s about delivering an experience where functionality meets excellence.

For this project, we were initially brought in as interior consultants, but our expertise extended beyond interior. We reimagined and restructured the space because, from a professional standpoint, the original architectural layout wouldn’t maximize its full potential. Not only did we elevate the interior, but we also redesigned the exterior—creating a cohesive transformation that truly reflects the client’s vision.

At TMI, passion drives us, and value defines our work. When you work with us, you’re getting a highly dedicated team that delivers beyond expectations.

Everyone deserves this level of excellence. Book your consultation today and experience firsthand what it means to work with a professional team that brings your vision to life.
