Mother’s Day may have passed, but mothers are worth celebrating every single day. 💚
Today, my message is especially for young and upcoming mothers.
Motherhood is not a journey of convenience — it is a journey of sacrifice, intentionality, and responsibility.
Every decision a mother makes today shapes the health, habits, and future of her children.
One of the most important areas where this responsibility shows is what we feed our children.
In a world where fast foods, sugary snacks, and highly processed meals are easily accessible, it can be tempting to choose convenience over nutrition.
But as mothers, we must remember that our children’s bodies are still developing, and the foods they consume today will influence their growth, immunity, and long-term health.
Choosing natural, wholesome meals over junk food may require a little more time and planning, but the benefits are priceless.
Intentional motherhood means:
• Prioritizing homemade meals made from natural ingredients.
• Introducing children early to fruits, vegetables, and balanced meals.

• Teaching children healthy eating habits that will stay with them for life.
