I was also guilty of this in the past.

In my early days of catering, I made mistakes many beginners make.
I cooked with passion but planned without structure.
I relied on estimation instead of measurement and priced from fear instead of facts.
My food tasted so good, but the business struggled.

What changed struggle/everything was learning to plan properly, measure accurately, and price intentionally.

Believe me mistakes are part of growth. Repeating them is optional when the right knowledge is available.Please learn and keep learning most importantly apply what you learn.
