Draw with me!

All my drawings are done on a (very old) Ipad in Procreate. I start by doing a sketch to plan it all out. I then go over it in red to use as a guideline, and then all the detail gets added in as I go. I don't really plan what i'm going to add. Whatever comes to my head.

First time doing transitions here which could be waaay smoother but i'm learning.

Putting together Socials has been a bit of a challenge. No one wants to see just adverts. I'll be taking you through the process of how I create my prints, from initial sketches to the finished product.

All my work is hand drawn. Each print is created with love. I'm self taught, so have very much gone my own way. I draw whatever comes into my head. Sometimes it makes it to the store, other times it doesn't. I can't wait to share some of these videos!

Some things are worth the wait!

I am so guilty of being impatient. When I get an idea in my head, I want it to work straight away. I've learned that life often doesn't work this way. Insteaf of wishing time away, I try and remind myself to treasure what I have and be thankful for every second.

Finally, it's time to release my new art prints from my brand, House Of Jamali.
Inspired by Tarot Cards, 12 new prints are now available on both our webstore (www.studiomoriarty.com) and over on Etsy at www.etsy.com/shop/HouseofJamaliPrints).

House of Jamali prints are bold, symbolic, unpolished and are drawn by hand.
We value ideas instead of rules. Our prints are made to be lived with.

Studio Moriarty is made up of three brands. House of Jamali, Alpha Tribe and Studio Moriarty originals. All prints are hand drawn WITHOUT the use of Ai.
Promotional videos are however made using Runway. (Until I get the opportunity to go to the desert myself). Based in Almere, in The Netherlands, we use printers from all around the world, so if you order from the USA? Your print will be printed in the USA. This way we keep delivery quick, and keep our carbon footprint down. The best thing is that for every art print bought, a tree will be donated to the Amazon Rainforest.

It doesn't get much more simple than this.
I finally decided to draw two new prints for .alpha.tribe. They took a long time to draw and a longer time to list. Artists block is real.
