Its food is very much influenced by the diverse ethnic groups in Singapore and her neighbouring countries. Since living in The Netherlands for the past years, I've discovered that I have taken the feasibility of going to the hawker centre to satisfy my cravings for granted. I've to cook my o

wn now and learn traditional recipes. Thus, Malay Spice is about authentically prepared dishes from the Singapore Malay culture and everything is freshly cooked out of my kitchen. And what a better way to share them here and with the Dutch community. :)
