On today's episode: how to fix an acidic espresso shot!

If your espresso tastes sharp, sour, or just a little underwhelming, your grind size might be the culprit. A grind that’s too coarse lets water pass through too quickly, which means under-extraction… and that acidity takes over.

Try dialing finer, slow things down, and give your shot more time to develop balance and body.
