Osaka becomes my second hometown. The politeness, friendliness, respectfulness, inspiration and amazing food of the Japanese make me feel so right to be here. The right place for me to craft my next book. I'm picking up my Japanese that I learnt when I was a teenager. Stay tuned for more amazing food.
