Join the summer workshops felting in my atelier in The Hague!

There are some spots available at August 19, 25 and 26. We start at 10:00 till 13:00. Costs are € 85,00. Check the website for more info.

Wednesday August 19 you will learn to make a felted cover for a 3d object. Always great results!

Tuesday 25 you can use your creativity to make a 2D and 3D piece of art. Not with water and soap but with wool and needles. A great technique to continue doing at home.

Wednesday 26 you will learn to combine wool with another fiber with wet felting.

At the moment I am waiting for a Fedex collector to take all these eggs and leave me with the feeling that holidays can begin. I need it!

I always forget how much work it is. The making I know, but the shipping it always seems to surprise me. The packing, the forms, what box to use for the cheapest price, etc. These are going to the States which is also a bit excisting. Will they arrive in good shape, will customs be nice etc etc.

Lets hope for the best. I will take a four week break. Hope to hear and see you afterwards!

Red, pink and white, a challenging, beautiful and uplifting combination.

Before making the final piece I made several small painting/sketches and three test fabrics.

The painting is 1,10 x 70 cm. The walnut frame is made by my great neigbour Willems Werkplaats

Kom dan woensdag naar Page not Found en maak een portret van wol (naaldvilten) van je buurman of buurvrouw, je kind of je hond. Ontmoet elkaar en maak iets moois!

Van 16:00 tot 18:00. Je kunt binnenlopen wanneer je wilt en het kost niets!

Some periods I don't feel like sharing everything I made, without a good reason. Maybe laziness :). So this time a quick summary of the last months.

You will see a big SKY lamp, a unique sheepcloud, 4 PYL lamps, a workshop needle felting, a NYR lamp, a MO 80 which had to look like a planet, and the making of a small wall panel.
