Giving furniture a second life 🪑

Found this beauty at Heb ik VIA and literally dragged it home on my bike (dutch style 😎).
Loved the wood and real marble top, but wasn't sure how to give it a modern twist.

I started by removing the middle panel of the cabinet — but the proportions felt off, so I took it out completely. The legs were too curvy (and didn't even match front to back), so I sawed them off and swapped in new, modern ones.

Simple, clean, and modern now. And that KISMAS lamp on top? Chef's kiss. 😍

Attic design ✨

That extra space at the top of the house — spare room? Office? Storage? Laundry? For most homes, it's all of the above.

In this project, we tackled every challenge in one cohesive design:
🔹 Closed off the staircase and added storage above — sliding doors keep the space feeling open and improve circulation
🔹 Built custom furniture around the family's existing WFH setup for a functional, wow-factor first impression (yes, even a socket on the countertop for coffee without the trip downstairs ☕)
🔹 Integrated a sofa bed, so the hangout space doubles as a private guest room when needed

Personal favourite? The vertical lighting in the bookcase + that pop of burgundy on the HAY chisel armchair 🍷

Multitude at Palazzo Clerici — an immersive forest of towering aluminium poles, lantern light, and drifting smoke in one of the city's most stunning baroque

Inside? The 2026 Collection in all its glory — new sofas, kitchens, dining, sleeping, and outdoor living, signed by Massaud, Gallina, and first-time collaborator Yabu Pushelberg. Eclectic elegance. Every room, redefined.

Instead, a stunning central table anchors the space — carving out three distinct zones that feel intentional, intimate, and completely in harmony. The kitchen breathes. The dining area has its moment. The coffee nook? Its own little sanctuary.

No compromises. Just a space where every corner compliments the next.

Saw Kelly Wearstler's new collection for H&M HOME at Palazzo Acerbi in Milan — and it did not disappoint 😍

Set within a 17th-century Baroque palace never before open to the public, the installation was an immersive dialogue between her bold contemporary aesthetic and the building's historic grandeur. Kelly's signature whimsy and sculptural drama were in full force.

The full 29-piece collection launches 3 September 2026 — cannot wait to see these pieces in store! 🖤
