Oldie but Goldie
I think this sweater was knitted about 10 (or more) years ago and it is still one I like to wear often. This was one of many projects where I used ‘Saturday Night Fever’ for a bit of a colour pop and I absolutely love it ❤️

My is ready for summer!

I have used Sock Yeah! DK for this one, and it feels really nice on the skin. It’s a little thicker than the recommended yarn, but I live in the Netherlands and super hot days are rare in this country 😌

Filcolana is introducing anew yarn - Mashdale.

Mashdale is a rustic yet soft wool blend, typically composed of 75% Corriedale and 25% Masham wool, designed for durability and comfort. Masham, a British crossbreed (Wensleydale/Swaledale), provides long, lustrous, 30–35 micron fiber, while Corriedale adds loft and softness. This blend is popular for creating textured, resilient garments.

I have never knitted with yarn made from this breed and I am surprised at how sturdy this feels, yet still soft. I love the thread, it feels fluffy and airy but strong. I think it’ll be a great choice for winter garments.
